Cambridge Trishaws

I saw a trishaw on Regent Street yesterday. Some readers might be familiar with the legal battles from a previous attempt.
The new people only offer a fixed route tour (cf. We will not be running as a ply-for-hire service nor can we be hailed as taxis and "Tours and point to point journeys will be offered with pricing dependent upon length and content."), though the deregulation of taxis in Cambridge probably makes a difference too. (The change of control of the city council from Labour to Lib Dem might make a difference too, but it was council officers who blocked the last attempt when the council were in favour.)
