armbSeveral "We're sorry all our lines are busy" calls later, the Ka engine is supposed to be on its way today. I should have asked them to phone and confirm they got the written order, instead of just giving phone numbers in case there was a problem.
It's still a "wait for the lengthy build, tweak the build system a little bit, wait for the lengthy build" day.
Played bridge at lunchtime since one of the usual four was away, for the first time in a long time (and I've never played much (Alice used to)), and they use losing trick count, which the introduction to bridge lessons I did didn't mention. We didn't do too badly considering. The compile I set off beforehand was still going afterwards.
