New computer, or not.

Bits for new computer arrived. Put them together, switched on - nothing. No whirring fans, nothing (actually not quite true, there's a green LED lights up beside the power switch header pins).
Tried a different power supply, nothing. Plugged power supply in new case into old motherboard, fans start. Bah. This is what comes of being impatient and suffering from a cold.
