Exponential growth, camera

This morning, I looked at one of the roses I hadn't checked for greenfly this weekend. The stems were absolutely covered in them, thickly packed. Much squishing followed.
Alice and Pam have done more work on the new flowerbeds.
I bought a digital camera from Maplin for £10 yesterday. Supposedly does 640x480 pixels, but it's rather blurry. Still, for £10 I wasn't expecting much, and it could be fun.
Saw a green woodpecker at the Park and Ride on the way home today.
