Happy Winterthing

It's almost that day when one traditionally celebrates the birthday of an incarnated god, born of a virgin. But even for those of use who aren't followers of Mithras, or anyone else who might have borrowed his birthday in the absence of a good date of their own, the days are getting longer, promising new life in the spring.
