It's marketed as a toy, but if the 14 mph, battery charge lasts two hours, $399, figures are real, it could be worth it for the parts. I suspect that up to two hours means "but not if you actually use it much", but if it doesn't get a £1=$1 exchange rate, it might even be worth it just for the motor.
