Jun. 20th, 2004 09:49 pmAfter a bit of uncertainty it looks like my niece really is coming to live with us. Nana Pam is going to be her actual guardian, but any advice on living with teenage girls gratefully received.
Went to the open day at Fordham Abbey gardens (lots of very nice roses, among other things), then for a meal with friends where I promised to do what I could to improve the search engine scoring of Snailriver foundry (reproduction and restoration garden ornaments and similar stuff), so I've added a link from my home page, since Google tends to like chiark. (He has a rather nice Coalbrookdale seat (now painted green) he has repaired that failed to make the reserve price at auction recently, in case anyone knows anyone interested in relatively expensive antique garden furniture.)
