Drowned bat :-(

I saw the bat again. Sadly, it was floating in the large bucket at the end of the shed gutter downpipe, and had obviously been there some time. (At least I assume it was the same bat - I did look behind the paving slab again, and no bat there now. I now think it might have been a long-eared bat. The ears didn't look as long as long-eared bat photos, but might have if I'd prodded them to unfold them, and did seem to be longer than pipistrelle ears.)
