What you need is to play Possible Word Scrabble, the variant game where you get to play anything that looks like it ought to be a word.

It follows the usual forms for constructing English words so I don't see why it shouldn't be one. Whether it's allowed in a given game of Scrabble presumably depends on the rules the players have agreed to follow...
