I followed the BMI calculator link from ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
fleetfootmike's journal. I'm not just overweight, I'm actually obese :-(. I haven't made any formal New Year resolutions, but definitely plan to improve that this year. This holiday several people did say I looked like I'd lost some weight recently, but that was before lots of good Christmas food.
I did cycle in from the Park and Ride today in spite of wind and rain, instead of succumbing to temptation to drive all the way. I'm hoping to cycle the children to school more often this year too, but need to fit a decent rear light to the U+2 first. I plan to cycle the whole way to work more often that the few times I did it last year, but maybe that will wait for better weather (it's about 15 miles each way).
Hmm - doesn't this form have a preview? Have to look at those clients sometime.
