Sutton Hoo
Off to Sutton Hoo today.
Assorted boring house and garden stuff at weekend, like concreting new socket for clothes dryer (its original ground spike had rusted, so it was very wobbly last year), and priming/sealing shower compartment floor.
The electric start has now completely failed on the lawnmower, which means I am now the only person in the household who can mow the grass, but since I was the only person who ever did, this isn't a huge difference (it's needed me to pull start it when cold for ages, but used to restart when warmed up (after stopping to empty the grassbox)).

(The guide said they kept sheep on the burial ground in the summer to keep the grass down, but there weren't any sheep visible at the time, and the grass looked mown.)
