House rearranging

Desks and computers have moved upstairs, a bed and chest of drawers have moved downstairs, bookshelves have been shuffled. And if you can see this the extension line from the former study phone socket up to the landing works, even if it does look a bit untidy.
After a certain amount of stress inducing uncertainty, arrangements for my niece (wings_of_wax) to come and live with Nana (and us) seem to have stabilised, and we're now fairly ready for her.

No idea. I'm sure Nana's going to need some sort of legal authority for school purposes and so on, but your mom is still your mom, it's not like she's handing you over for adoption.
