Home Hub

Finally got around to trying to use the BT Home Hub. I managed to use it as a print server, but only by connecting directly to it, I didn't manage to configure the Netgear hub as just an access point that I could get to the BT hub through (or vice versa). And it needs the USB cable unplugged and reinserted to rest things occasionally - it's not a documented or supported feature, so I wasn't expecting too much.
It doesn't help that the BT web configuration interface basically just says "you can't change anything here". The undocumented telnet interface does work. (I told the Netgear not to be a DHCP server or NAT and to use its (inwards facing) default address as fixed, I suspect I need to tell the BT Hub to treat that address as reserved (the Netgear uses 192.168.0.1, the BT 192.168.1.254 (and puts the printer on .253).)
Any suggestions or pointers?

What happened to my comment saying I fixed it? Anyway, I fixed it (0.x and 1.x are different subnets). Still haven't decided how best to make use of it (or whether the USB unplugging thing is more hassle than a printer that only works when one machine is on or not).
