And I saw a link to these pedals with flashing LEDs a while ago, but yesterday saw Halfords have an equivalent (or possibly even the same thing, rebranded).
They really do seem to have a little dynamo within each pedal, they have "Try Me" packaging. I'm a bit dubious about long term reliability compared with standard pedal bearings, and with them neither folding nor SPD compatible I'll stick with my existing pedals anyway. But rather fun. Also lots of new BikeHut branded tools, and some lights, including quite a neat looking LED front light with charger.
