We went to see Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix on Thursday. The school suffers under a teacher who puts looking good for the government ahead of the pupils' welfare, but the wise headmaster is on the side of right, rather than reporting parents who complain as troublemakers. It's a fantasy.
(More widely, the film was good fun, generally well acted, sensibly trimmed, and while bits made no real sense but were forced by the needs of the plot, that was unavoidable so long as it was going to be a film of the book.)
