Folder gears

Swapped the 16 tooth sprocket on the folder SA hub for a 13 tooth one I bought from eBay.
It would be more efficient to use a larger chainwheel, and long term I'll probably change to cotterless cranks and do that, but that's rather more work. I did fit new cotters a while ago, using a car balljoint separator as a press (not having the $50 dedicated bicycle tool for the job), which seems to have stopped the creaking I was getting before.
Ideally I'd like a close ratio hub, or one with more gears, but bringing the middle (most efficient) gear up to normal use around town will do for now.
There's an interesting 3 speed fixed hub on eBay at the moment, but I have no intention of buying one at that price (or of making the folder fixed - certainly not without shorter cranks). Cheaper than an original though (Sheldon's page has links to pages about how do to do the fixed conversion).
(I've also tried cleaning up the Dynohub a bit, with the theory it would be well matched to a 1W Luxeon LED (after rectification), which would be more efficient than an incandescent (though it could have a better bulb, it had a 3W 0.5A standard dynamo bulb rather than a 5V 0.3A))
